Who is SDJS Fit Group for?
SDJS Fit Group is for anyone looking to change their health and fitness for the better. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, improve fitness or overall health my coaching and programs provide a clear path to change.
Do I need gym experience to start?
No! Whether you're a beginner or experienced, everything is tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Where do personal training sessions take place?
Sessions are held at "Gym Eastbourne" (4 Birch Close, EASTBOURNE, BN23 6PE)
How long do personal training sessions last?
Sessions typically last 1 hour unless specified otherwise.
What’s the difference between 1-1 personal training, online coaching, and training/nutrition programs?
1-1 personal training is in-person coaching with hands-on guidance. Online coaching provides a personalized plan, accountability, and ongoing support remotely. Training & nutrition programs are one-time structured plans you can follow independently.
Do I need to go to a gym?
It would be beneficial but to put it short, No! Your plan can be adjusted for home or outdoor workouts and I’ll provide advice on how to make the most out of the limited recourses!
How fast will I see results?
It varies massively from individual to individual. What you put in is what you get out! Most clients start seeing noticeable progress between as little as 4 weeks, with consistency and effort.
